ABOUT
The Biohacker Network is a free peptide research newsletter, twice a week. For every compound we cover, we look at what got tested, on which population, and what the paperwork really says.
Keith Nicholas, a biohacking enthusiast and content creator. He logs his own protocols, including retatrutide, and reports what happens, good and bad. He is not a doctor. Read Keith's author page →
Peptides and GLP-1s (retatrutide, tirzepatide, BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, MOTS-C and more), the FDA and compounding rules around them, and the foundations they sit on: sleep, bloodwork and metabolism. For where each peptide stands with the FDA right now, see the compounding status tracker.
Experience is labeled as experience. Personal logs and reader reports are what people saw, not proof. Trial results come with their population, duration and dose.
Primary sources first. Published trials, FDA documents and court filings. When we lean on news coverage instead, we say so.
No dosing advice. When a dose appears, it is what a trial used or what people report, with the source. We don't tell anyone what to take.
Regulatory status is dated. Peptide rules change fast, so every status statement carries the date we checked it. When a study or ruling changes a post, we update it and say what changed. Spot an error? Reply to any of our emails and we'll fix it.
Some links in our emails and posts are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission.
Nothing here is medical advice. Peptides sold as "research use only" are not approved for human use. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing anything about your health.
