People ask me where I get my peptides more than anything else. This page is the answer, and how I got to it.

How I pick a peptide vendor

Three checks, in this order. The full breakdown is in is your peptide vendor legit?

How I pick a peptide vendor. Researcher reviews: good sign is batch-level reports with test results; star ratings and one-post accounts tell you less. Third-party testing: good sign is recent results on vials customers bought; one old vendor-supplied COA tells you less. Customer service: good sign is an answer to a pre-sale question in a day or two; no reply before you have paid tells you less.
  1. Researcher reviews. Detailed reports from people with a history in the community, ideally with their own test results. Batch-level detail beats star ratings.

  2. Third-party testing. Recent independent lab results, best on vials customers bought, with a COA that matches the batch on your vial. How to read one: how to read a peptide COA.

  3. Customer service you can reach. Message them before you order. How they answer a pre-sale question is how they'll handle a bad batch.

Things like payment methods, website copy and where a package ships from tell you about the business, not what's in the vial.

The vendors I use

I use American Peptide Research in the US and Great North Bio in Canada. They carry the same product, so pick the one that ships to you.

Why them, on the checks above:

  • Testing. Their product has been tested through Horizon Analytical.

  • Customer service. You can always reach someone through their support channels, and if anything goes wrong, they make it right.

  • Track record. Every order I've placed has shown up on time.

Whoever you order from, run the three checks on every batch. A good track record is a reason to start with a vendor, not a reason to stop checking.

The tools I use around them

Tracking: PeptIQ

If you're running more than one compound, a notebook gets messy fast. PeptIQ is an iOS app for logging protocols, tracking when each vial was opened, and keeping your inventory straight. For how long a mixed vial is good for, see how long peptides last in the fridge.

Bloodwork: Superpower

Bloodwork is how you see what's actually changing, not just what you feel. Superpower is a membership blood-testing service. Getting a baseline before you start anything, and rechecking along the way, beats guessing.
